Like a drop of summer, the refeshing and succulent taste of seasonal fruits always double the appetizing at Luk Lak.
“Chay” fruit – the exotic fruit from Quang Nam, with its unbelievably vibrant pink flesh hidden inside the scabrous skin, is normally used in fish soup for its very sour taste. Going a bit far from that regular flavor, Luk Lak and Madame Binh made a little unusual twist that reduces the sourness to bring out its sweet delicacy.
